I used an early FLH fender. Process involved filling all original holes, sectioning and welding to the suzuki fender, building an internal brace ladder style with square stock and flatbar, mounting lights, etc, moving the suzuki rectifier box, and filling and painting. The biggest hurdle was getting the fender to line up properly. The early harley fenders came crooked from the factory.
